Delivery and Shipping Policy

CommonMask Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202101036921 (1437221-T)), including its associates, related companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and its employees, officers, agents, suppliers and vendors (collectively referred to as “CM”, “we”, “our” and “us”) will take the necessary steps to deliver your purchase of any “CommonMask” branded product to the place of delivery requested by you upon checkout, within the delivery time estimated by CM.

    Please refer to the table below for the estimated delivery time frames for various destinations. However, please note that the time frames set out below are for reference purposes only. CM will notify you in the event whereby we foresee that we or our courier service provider might not be able to meet our estimated delivery date. However, to the extent permitted by law, CM shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, cost, damages, charges or expenses arising out of failure to fulfill the delivery within the estimated date.

      The estimated delivery date and the delivery time frame above may be extended as a result of unexpected conditions such as shipping restrictions, policies enforced by any government body (including but not limited to policies related to the COVID-19 pandemic) or force majeure event.

        CM attempts to process any confirmed orders within the next one (1) business working day, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
            If the packaging seal received by you is opened or damaged, please do not accept the parcel and please inform CM of the defect. All risks in the product shall pass to you upon delivery.

              If you are not at present at your delivery address to receive your purchased order, please contact the carrier service (courier service) within a reasonable time frame to arrange for another round of delivery or to pick up your package.

              If the order is not collected within the stipulated time:

              (a) charge you a reasonable storage fee and any other costs reasonably incurred by us due to your actions; or
              (b) no longer make the product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling your order, in which case we will refund to you or your credit card company as applicable any monies paid to us by you less any reasonable administrative charges incurred by us.

              Please note that it might not be possible for CM to deliver to some locations in which event, CM will inform you using the contact details that you have provided to CM upon check out and arrange for cancellation of your purchase or to arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address.

              We are pleased to inform you that we do ship worldwide, however, please note that the shipping rates provided above are an estimate only and that the actual shipping fees payable will be calculated upon checkout.

              CM shall not be under any obligation to refund you for your purchase and for any shipping and handling charges, nor be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, cost, damages, charges or expenses arising out of failure to fulfill the delivery within the estimated date. CM reserves the right to decline delivery of any products to any customer at our sole discretion.

              With regards to orders containing a combination of pre-orders and/or backorders and in-stock merchandise, CM reserves the right to keep on hold such order until all pre-ordered and/or backordered items are in stock. A single delivery will be made to fulfill the entire order. If you prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for your in-stock items and another order for your pre-order and/or backorder items.
